People who are often stressed may always feel tired and their muscles might pain because the body finds it hard to manage the inflammation. If you take too much stress and often experience muscle soreness then now you know what it is happening.
Lack of water in the body may cause muscle ache. This is one of the reasons why every individual must drink at least 2 liters of water in a day. Water is the basic necessity of life and is important for the proper functioning of the body. Dehydration may even cause headaches, exhaustion and other health issues.
