Govt Job

Govt Job: The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (ESI Act), enacted by the Parliament, marked a significant milestone in providing social security for workers in independent India.

During this period, the industry was in its infancy, and the nation heavily relied on imported goods from developed or rapidly progressing countries.

Manpower deployment in manufacturing was primarily limited to specific industries such as jute, textiles, and chemicals.
