To augment manufacturing capabilities of pharmaceutical industry, the Madhya Pradesh government has stepped up efforts to establish pharmaceutical park in the state.
For this, the state health ministry is scouting for land parcel of minimum 100 acres in Sanwer on Ujjain-Indore highway.
The upcoming park at highway will be boon for MSMEs and local drug industry at large as around 90 per cent of pharma MSMEs are located there.
It will help them grow exponentially. As of now pharma MSMEs are finding Indore financially non-viable to expand base due to skyrocketing real estate prices.
