Ashwagandha:

Eleuthero root or Siberian Ginseng:

It is high in potassium and magnesium, the minerals that are known to help in easing anxiety. Eleuthero also increases the synthesis of hormones responsible for managing stress.

Rhodiola:

Rhodiola’s efficacy in treating anxiety and disease isn’t well-known in the west. However, that does not mean it doesn’t work.

Traditional practices use Rhodiola to improve stress tolerance and resilience to physical and emotional stress.
