Position: Research Associate – I (1 No.)
Project Title and Duration: DBT-Wellcome Trust India Alliance (SP 302) “Exploration of pro-regenerative secreted molecules and their mechanistic details in heart regeneration using zebrafish as a model organism.”
Project Duration: Up to 30th September 2024 Post Code: DBT/SP-302/RA-I
Division: Developmental Biology Group
Qualifications: Essential:
- Ph.D./ MD/ MS or an equivalent degree in any discipline in Biological Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemistry.
- Must have at least one research paper published in a peer-reviewed SCI indexed journal.
Desirable:
- Experience in animal handling skills.
Monthly Stipend: Rs. 47,000/- + HRA
Age Limit (as on date of interview):
- Maximum 35 years
- Age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/Differently abled/women candidates (up to 40 years)
- Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates (up to 38 years)

In exceptional cases where deserving candidates possess exceptional qualifications, the Competent Authority may consider relaxing the desirable qualifications.
