The Pharmacist (RBSK) Role

As a Pharmacist under the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability and accessibility of essential medicines for children and adolescents.

Eligibility Criteria

In-House Candidates Welcome

In-house eligible candidates, who are currently employed in the same post in other districts, are encouraged to apply.

However, it is imperative to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and an experience certificate issued by the concerned Chief District Medical Officer & Public Health Officer (CDM & PHO), along with a certificate of last uninterrupted service for the same post under the Health and Family Welfare (HFW) society.

Selection Process

The selection process will be based on the length of incumbency under the Society, with due consideration for reservation categories if applicable.

This ensures a fair and transparent evaluation of candidates.

Application Requirements

To streamline the application process, candidates must submit the following documents along with the Application Form:

One attested recent passport-sized color photograph, affixed/pasted at the designated space of the application form.
Attested copies of mark sheets and certificates pertaining to Essential Qualification & Preferential Qualification (from 10th standard onwards) as per the requirements of the Post.
Attested copies of post-qualification experience certificates.
Attested copies of identity proofs like Voter Identity Card, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Driving License.

General Instructions for In-House Candidates

All positions are contractual in nature, and job continuity is contingent upon individual performance appraisal, as per the norms of the Health and Family Welfare, Odisha society.
Candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate cum-Continuation Certificate for their last uninterrupted service in the same post under the society, issued by the competent authority, along with the application form, without which they will not be considered eligible.
Selection will be carried out following the guidelines stipulated by the Mission Director, NHM, Odisha.
The selection process will prioritize candidates with the highest length of incumbency in the same post under the OSH&FW Society.
