The pharmacist will be entrusted with the charge and care of PPA money, goods, and stores.
Absolute integrity and devotion to duty are non-negotiable, with penal action for misconduct or causing loss to port property during the contractual engagement.
Termination Clause
The contractual engagement may be terminated with one month’s notice from either party. In case of failure to give notice by the employee, one month’s salary or part thereof will be recovered.

Employees, upon termination, are required to enter into a bond within 15 days of joining, executed on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs.100/- as per the enclosed format.
