He admitted to illegally manufacturing veterinary oxytocin injection for the past six months without a valid license.

Incriminating Evidence Seized

The premises housed a concerning set-up. Empty plastic bottles, crimp caps, sealing machines, and raw materials for oxytocin injection preparation were all readily found.

Praveen Kumar confessed to using a concentrate solution to manufacture the illegal injections, manually filling diluted solutions into plastic bottles, and sealing them with a crimping machine.

Disturbing Distribution Network Exposed

The investigation further unearthed a disturbing trend.

Praveen Kumar reportedly supplied this unauthorized oxytocin to various dairy farms, bypassing proper documentation and endangering animal health.

He revealed acquiring the oxytocin concentrate solution from an undisclosed source in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Samples Collected for Analysis, Equipment Confiscated

Following protocol outlined in the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, authorities collected samples of the illicitly manufactured oxytocin for further testing and analysis.

Additionally, a significant quantity of oxytocin preparation, along with all manufacturing equipment and raw materials, was seized.
