Similarly, the state government aims to establish such large clusters in different districts so that maximum employment opportunities can be provided and pharma industry can be promoted.
On this occasion, he said that work is being done to provide many facilities and concessions to the people associated with pharma inside the pharmaceutical sector in Haryana, for which a policy has been made by the state government and under this policy many concessions and exemptions are being given to the pharma sector.

This cluster is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed to develop the scheme and will be set up on 100 acres of land on National Highway 1 in Karnal. The project envisages an investment of Rs 2,000 crore with innumerable benefits. Haryana’s pharma sector comprises 230 MSMEs, but the government plans to attract entrepreneurs from neighboring states to achieve the target investment.
Close to the site of this pharma park, the government has already established a world class laboratory as a Common Facility Center (CFC). It will act as an additional service provider for the entrepreneurs. Since the country is passing through a single tax system (GST), we want to bring back the entrepreneurs who had gone to tax free areas in Himachal and Uttarakhand and soon return to the Pharma Park to be developed in Karnal.
