Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the posts of AYUSH Doctors, Pharmacists & ANMs under Rastriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), National Health Mission, Koraput on contractual basis for a period of 11 months and subject to renewal as per OSH&FW Society terms and conditions.

No of Posts : 08 (ST Male-03, SC Male- 02, UR Male-02, UR Fem-01)
Monthly Remuneration (In Rupees) : Rs. 11,562 + PI
Eligibility Criteria :
Must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha / equivalent and Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. Medical College & Hospitals of the State / any other recognised private institutions duly approved by A.l.C.T.E. and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.
Applicant should be above 21 years and below 32 years age as on 01.12.2020 and the upper age limit will be relaxable as per Govt. norm. Applicant belonging more than one category shall avail the benefit of age relaxation which will be benefited to him/her.
General Information and Instructions
i. Interested candidates having the requisite qualification and experience may apply to the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer, At/Po- Koraput (Jail Road), Dist- Koraput, PIN-764020 through Speed Post/Regd. Post/Courier only and the last date of submission of filled in application is 28.12.2020 by 05 pm..The envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly with the name of the post applied for No application will be received after scheduled date & time. ii. Candidates are required to submit filled in application in prescribed format available in the official website : koraput.nic.in and attach a set of self attested photocopies of the certificates/documents in support of age, qualification and experience, Residence, Caste, two recent passport size colour photographs and self photo ID proof (Votor ID card /PAN card / Driving License / Aadhar Card / Passport). Incomplete application in any form will be rejected. No further supplementation, addition of document for any submitted application will be entertained.

iii. Knowledge in Odia: The candidate must-
a) be able to read, write and speak Odia;
b) have passed middle school examination with Odia as language subject; or
c) have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subject; or
d) have passed in Odia as language subject in the final examination of class VII from a school or educational institution recognized by the Government of Odisha or the Central Government; or
e) have passed a test in Odia in Middle English School standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department
f) Must be above 21 years
iv. In case the marks obtained are in theform of CGPA, OGPA, DGPA, GPA, CPI etc., a certificate for conversion as applicable to percentage of marks shall be submitted at the time of submission of application form. Certificate towards AICTE recognition of institutions shall also be submitted at the time of submission of application form, wherever applicable, without which the application shall not be considered & shall be rejected.
v. Age Relaxation for Women, SC, ST & SEBC category and Physically Disable, Ex-Sports Person, Ex-Serviceman category will be applicable as per Govt. norm. A candidate can avail only one relaxation that most beneficial to him/her.
vi. Over aged, under qualification and short of requisite percentage of marks in the prescribed educational qualification shall be rejected. Candidates will be selected on the basis of selection process as applicable. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for participation in the selection process.

Vll. The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.
viii. Candidates must submit the valid Residence Certificate and valid Caste Certificate as per norm.

X. Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit No Objection Certificate from concerned employer alongwith application form, without which they will not be eligible for selection.
XI. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information / documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information / documents, his/her service shall be terminated from the Society forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged earlier from the OSH&FW Society on administrative ground such as disobedience / poor performance/ misbehaviour/ criminal activity etc. are not eligible.

XIII. The panel for above positions shall also remain valid for similar post / in other programmes under NHM ambit with same educational qualification and same remuneration, as will be decided by the Society.
XIV. Number of vacancies / remuneration as mentioned under this advertisement may vary at the time of actual engagement.
