The institute is an integral part of the interdisciplinary NCR Biotech Science Cluster located at Faridabad, and is designed as a dynamic, interactive organization with the mission to conduct innovative translational research and to develop research collaborations across disciplines and professions to translate concepts into products to improve human health.

Principal Scientist– I

Minimum Qualifications & Experience : MD from a recognized university with at least five years of post qualification work experience in clinical research. OR MBBS with MPH or BDS with MPH from a recognized university with at least seven years of post qualification work experience in clinical research.

Work experience: In clinical research particularly in clinical operations, study planning and conduct, regulatory function, medical affairs including medical monitoring, medical writing, pharmacovigilance and medical coding and system for advance event review and reporting, safety reporting and management.

Desirable Qualification & Experience / Job Responsibilities : This position is responsible for taking lead during the planning stage of assigned clinical studies and trials, the development of grant application in terms of study design, study population, safety reporting, budgeting and protocol development.

The important responsibilities of this position will be as below :
• Provide medical oversight to assigned CDSA projects.

• Provide medical input to clinical study documents and prepare them in conjunction with the operations, clinical management and regulatory teams.

• Timely delivery of key tasks, while maintaining high quality standards are key.

• The position will provide oversight, mentoring of the project teams working on projects under his/her direction.

• Serve as a point of contact for the sponsors and build sponsor relationships.

• Responsible for working cross- functionally and understanding the implications of management of clinical science and regulatory affairs activities on other groups within the organization.

• In addition, this role may also have responsibility for managing the regulatory and medical affairs aspect in clinical/ non- regulatory trial directly and providing project- specific medical/ therapeutic training to project and site teams as needed.

Research Scientist

Minimum Qualifications & Experience : MD or M.Tech or equivalent or Ph.D or corresponding degree in any are of Life Sciences / Medical Sciences with one year of post- qualification research experience.

Desirable Qualification & Experience / Job Responsibilities : Establish proof of principle for microbiome-based interventions in (i) Inflammatory bowel disease and (ii) Pre-term birth Desirable work: The Candidate will work with the existing team in THSTI on the high throughput multi-omics data of (i) vaginal microbiome of Indian women with term and preterm birth outcomes and (ii) gut microbiome of patients suffering from chronic and acute infections.

Work experience: (i) Candidate should have competencies and work experience in (a) genomics (b) metagenomics and (c) Big-data analysis. (ii) The work experience should be supported by relevant publications as first author/equally contributed first author or corresponding author. (iii) Candidates must have knowledge and work experience in R/Perl/Linux

Technical Officer– II (Bioanalytical Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics)

Desirable Qualification & Experience / Job Responsibilities :
• Development, validation and qualification of HPLC and LCMS methods for new molecules as well as known drugs for qualitative and quantitative analysis.

This includes but not limited to analytical trouble shooting; data generation, compilation, report preparation; Lab note book, record keeping; SOP writing.

• Processing biological samples such as plasma, serum, tissues for drug quantification studies using HPLC and LCMS.

• Working experience of LCMS (operation and handling) including calibrations and day to day trouble shooting in a reputed bioanalytical lab involved in DMPK lab.

• One year experience of providing bioanalytical support to pharmacokinetic and drug metabolism as well as drug distribution studies.

Project Technical Officer (Horticulture)

Desirable Qualification & Experience / Job Responsibilities :
The horticulture Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operation of gardening and landscaping activities of the biotech Science cluster at Faridabad.

The duties include to setup the ground/layout as per plan for development of garden, plantation / nursery or landscape, supervise the irrigation activities and guide the horticulture staff to achieve thework objective of a beautiful and green NCR Bio-cluster.

The details responsibilities are as below

•  Plan and supervise the annual, seasonal, and daily work of the horticultural staff.

•  Regularly inspect the various campus sites, flower sites, and signage as a means of effective supervision and lead a well- planned cultivation /maintenance.

•  Supervise the design of flower sites, the procurement of plant material, and the planting and maintenance of these sites.

•  The procurement, plantation of various tree species, indoor plants and other materials.

•  Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate horticultural staff.

•  To assign equipment, and tools to horticulture staff and supervise their use, care, and maintenance.

•  Responsible for vegetation control, cutting and edging lawns, weeding and maintaining flower / plant beds as necessary.

•  Implement plant propagation plan in a nursery and supervise the nursery operations.
