A degree in Pharmacy/Science (with Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology) from a recognized university or equivalent, with three years of experience in the field of chemical analysis of drugs from a recognized institution.
Pay Scale:
Successful candidates will be placed in Group ‘B’, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, with a pay scale of Rs 35,400 – 1,12,400 Level – 6 (Pre-Revised Rs.9300 – 34800) + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Age Limit:
Candidates should not exceed 30 years of age. However, certain relaxations are applicable:
- SC/ST (For Group B & C): 5 years
- OBC (For Group B & C): 3 years
- PwD (For Group B & C): 10 years
- Departmental candidate (Central Government Civilian Employees): Up to 40 years
Mode of Selection:
The selection process involves a One Tier and Two Tier examination scheme.
Candidates are advised to review the draft Answer Keys, submit online objections if any, and adhere to the minimum qualifying marks set by the DSSSB.
Reservation Benefits:
- Reservation benefits are available for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-SM candidates as per government guidelines.
- OBC (Delhi) candidates must possess a non-Creamy layer certificate by the cut-off date.

- The Board emphasizes that applying under specific Post Codes does not guarantee eligibility.
