IPC took a significant stride three years ago by introducing a physical form for voluntary reporting of suspected Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) by healthcare professionals, an integral part of the PvPI.

Accessible Reporting Channels

As part of this initiative, a Toll-Free PvPI Helpline – 1800-180-3024 – was launched, operational from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., providing a direct channel for the public to voice their concerns.

Effortless Reporting Process

Should there be a suspicion of an adverse event or reaction, healthcare professionals attending to the patient can complete the suspected ADR form.

Likewise, if a patient suspects they’ve experienced an ADR, they can report it at the nearest AMC under the PvPI.
