Pay attention to your diet

Just like the foods, you eat can clear out nasal passageways and strengthen your immunity, the same applies to your eyesight. Your daily food intake should include ample Vitamin A, Omega-3 fatty acid content, apart from green leafy vegetables and fruits. All of these food groups are good for your eyes.
