Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the recruitment of the following posts to work at A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Hospitals in the E.G. District on a contract basis / outsourcing basis.
Post : Pharmacist Gr-II

Monthly remuneration : 28000/-
Mode of recruitment : Contract
(i) Pass in Inter with Science Group/D-Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy from the recognized institutions and registered with the AP Pharmacy Council and AP Paramedical Board.
(ii) Pharma.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) candidates are not eligible.
No person shall be eligible for appointment if he/she is less than 18 years of Age and if he/she is more than 42 years of age as on 01.07.2021.
Ex-Service Man : 3 Years
NCC(who worked as instructor in NCC) : 3 Years
SC, ST, BCs : 5 Years
Physically Handicapped person : 10 Years
Selection Process & Service Weightage
Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination : 75%
Weightage for experience of Govt. Service including contract/outsourcing service : Up to 15%
i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area.
ii) 2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area.
iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban areas COVID duties
i) @ 5 Marks per six months
ii) @ 10 Marks per one year
iii) @ 15 Marks per 1 Year 6 Months
Weightage for No.of years since passing qualifying examination : Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 marks per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification
The applicant must enclose a demand draft of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) in favour of “The District Coordinator of Hospital Services, East Godavari, Rajamahendravaram” payable at Rajamahendravaram towards the application processing fee. If candidate is eligible for more than one post, they are required to enclose a demand draft for each post and apply for each post separately.
Conditions of Appointment :
The candidate selected and appointed on a contract basis shall not be regarded as a member of the service in which the post to which he/she is appointed, is included, and shall not be entitled by reason only of such appointment, to any preferential right to any other appointment in that or any other service.
The department or the person may revoke the contractual appointment ordiscontinue the contract by giving one month’s notice in writing on either side.
This contract will automatically cease to operate on the lapse of contract period and both parties will be discharged of their respective obligations and liabilities without any formal or informal communication.

Filled in application forms shall be submitted in person or through post to Office of the District Coordinator of Hospital 29.11.2021 by 5.00 P.M. Applications which are received after due date will be summarily rejected. District selection Committee is not responsible for postal delays.
