Members of DCO India, Drugs Control Forum have learnt with deep sorrow, the sudden demise of Sh. Sudip Ganguly on 18th April 2022, who was working as Drugs Inspector, Drugs Control Administration (DCA), West Bengal.

He was a hard working individual and a very helpful colleague, completely dedicated to the department. He has left behind a wonderful legacy and his professional contributions have always benefited and added to the progress of the department.

In his hour of grief, we the members of DCO India Drugs Control Forum stand firmly behind the family of late Sh. Sudip Ganguly and convey condolences in person on 21th May 2022 at their residence.

  9. Anupam Das, Joint Secretary, Technical Officers Association, DCA, West Bengal.

As a social responsibility, the members from the below mentioned organizations pooled an amount of Rs. 18,25,000/- and handed it over to the family of late Sh. Sudip Ganguly:

Speaking to the media, G Koteshwar Rao, Group Head DCO India Drugs Control Forum said that officers from Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) / Drugs Control Departments / Food and Drugs Administrations (FDAs) of all 28 states in India and 8 Union Territories contributed for the cause.

The DCO India Drugs Control Forum  Admins Lalit Kr. Goel, ASDC, FDA Haryana and Rakesh Dahiya, SDCO, FDA Haryana conveyed their thanks to all the FDA officers pan India for their contribution for financial help of the family of late Sh. Sudip Ganguly.

Ashish Kumar Pal, Technical Officers Association, DCA, West Bengal and Suman Pyne, State Licensing Authority & Controlling Authority, DCA, West Bengal specially thanked G Koteshwar Rao from Telangana for taking this initiation in making unity among officers across India.
