Download the list of NSQ samples for December 2021: The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has declared 33 drug samples out of a total of 1385 drug samples tested as not of standard quality (NSQ) & 2 as misbranded during the month of December, 2021.

Out of the 1385 samples tested during the month, 1350 samples came out with standard quality, while 33 samples declared as not of standard quality (NSQ) & 2 as misbranded.

None of the samples were identified as spurious and adulterated during the month. Every month, the drug regulator comes up with a list of drugs, medical devices and cosmetics that are declared not of standard quality / spurious / adulterated, or misbranded, every month.

During the month of Noember, 2021, the authorities tested 1102 samples, out of which 1080 samples were tested as of standard quality. The number of samples declared as not of standard quality was 22 and none as misbranded.

During the month of October, 2021, the authorities tested 1061 samples, out of which 1025 samples were tested as of standard quality. The number of samples declared as not of standard quality was 36 and none as misbranded.

During the month of September, 2021, the authorities tested 1227 samples, out of which 1184 samples were tested as of standard quality. The number of samples declared as not of standard quality was 42 and one as misbranded.

During the month of August, 2021, the authority has tested 1245 samples, out of which 1207 samples were tested as of standard quality. The number of samples declared as not of standard quality were 37 and one as misbranded.

During the month of July, 2021, the authority has tested 1028 samples, out of which 983 samples were tested as of standard quality. The number of samples declared as not of standard quality was 44

The test samples were drawn by the zonal and sub zonal offices of CDSCO, and tested in the drug testing laboratories in Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.
