FDA की टीम ने मेडिकल स्टोर पर की छापेमारी

Haryana: Bahadurgarh शहर के सैनीपुरा में स्थित मेडिकल स्टोर पर बुधवार को सीएम फ्लाइंग स्कवाड और FDA Haryana की टीम ने छापेमारी की।

यहां पर प्रतिबंधित दवाइयां मिलने पर FDA ने इसे सील कर दिया। साथ ही यहां पर मिली दवाइयों को कब्जे में लेकर दवा विक्रेता का लाइसेंस रद करने की प्रकिया शुरू कर दी है। विभाग द्वारा इस दवा विक्रेता को ब्लैक लिस्ट में डाल दिया है। भविष्य में उसे दोबारा लाइसेंस भी नहीं मिलेगा।

गुप्त सूचना के बाद सीएम फ्लाइंग स्कवाड से एसआइ जयभगवान एएसआइ राजेश, ड्रग कंट्रोल आफिसर संदीप हुड्डा के नेतृत्व में नजफगढ़ राेड पर सैनीपुरा के पास स्थित जाहरवीर मेडिकल स्टोर पर बुधवार को छापेमारी की। मेडिकल स्टोर पर राजेश कुमार व कृष्ण मिले।

टीम ने यहां पर दवाइयों का स्टाक चेक किया। यहां पर दो तरह की दवाइयां ऐसी मिली जो इस मेडिकल स्टोर पर प्रतिबंधित थी। इनमें से एक दवा के 96 कैप्सूल और दूसरी की 100 गोली मिली।

इन दवाइयों का नशे में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। टीम ने पूरा स्टाक अपने कब्जे में ले लिया और इनके सैंपल भी लिए गए। यह भी पता लगाया जा रहा है कि इस तरह की दवाइयां ये कहां से लाते थे और कितना स्टाक इनके पास था।

गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले भी कई बार मेडिकल स्टोरों पर छापेमारी में इस तरह की बात सामने आई है कि वहां से बिना रिकार्ड के ही नशे में इस्तेमाल की जाने वाली दवाइयों की बिक्री होती रही है।

दवा विक्रेता का लाइसेंस होगा रद, दाेबारा नहीं मिलेगा:

FDA Haryana के ड्रग कंट्रोल आफिसर संदीप हुड्डा ने बताया कि दवा विक्रेता का लाइसेंस रद करने के लिए प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। एक बार लाइसेंस रद होने के बाद विक्रेता को ब्लैक लिस्ट में डाल दिया जाएगा। उसके बाद उसे दोबारा लाइसेंस नहीं मिलेगा।

The team took over the entire stock and their samples were also taken. It is also being ascertained from where they used to bring such medicines and how much stock they had with them. It is worth noting that even before this, many times in the raids on medical stores, such a thing has come to the fore that drugs used in intoxicants have been sold from there without any record.

Drug dealer’s license will be cancelled, will not be available again: FDA Haryana’s Drug Control Officer Sandeep Hooda said that the process has been started to cancel the license of the drug dealer. Once the license is cancelled, the seller will be put on the blacklist. After that he will not get the license again.
