- After interview, On the spot decision whether to allow to apply or not.
Concept of “Pharmacist as partner”:
- The employee pharmacist, should be insisted to be partner of firm (Except hospital-based pharmacy). The licenses should be granted in partnership of pharmacist, not as employee.
- Pharmacist gives more concentration in medical shop, if pharmacist as partner.
- Pharmacist checks the sale and purchase of drugs, to avoid illegal drugs.
- Pharmacist works with more responsibility, like more (real quantity) sale bills, sale with prescription, sale by counselling, storage of <8C, storage <25C.
- Pharmacist purchases drugs from authentic wholesaler and keeps records of purchase up-to-date, etc.
